Went for a weekday lunch with a group of 5 people. We were seated quickly and got our drinks quickly but we placed our orders around 12:10 and it was 1:00 before we got our food (all pizzas). One of our people had to leave as soon as the food came and the rest of us paid right away so we could jet as soon as possible. There's no way it should take that long to get our food when the pizzas are so simple. Our server was good when we were there but we didn't see her much after we placed our order as they give you a bottle of water to refill yourself. The pizzas are alright but definitely not worth the high double-digit prices you have to pay. There wasn't anything special about the pizzas. You can get similar styles and toppings at many other places for half the price. This place is very over-hyped.

Double Zero, named after the flour that is (properly) used to make the crust, does an excellent job at crafting true Neopolitan pizza. The crust, as many have mentioned, is possibly the best and most authentic I've ever had in this segment. The toppings are generous (for the style) and fresh. The prosciutto is lightly smoked to perfection, with fresh arugula, mushrooms, and top quality cheeses. The service is quite good, serving the corporate downtown quite well. It's friendly if not a little bit sterile, but good nonetheless. The water is not free, but instead uses profits as charitable donations which is cool with me. Because they appear to adhere to the Napoleana rules, the diversity is somewhat restricted in their pizza selection. However, if that's what you're after, Double Zero will not disappoint! It's my go-to for said style.

I have been here three times - and each time been disappointed. The past 2 times the place has been almost dead (5pm on a Wednesday and 8pm on a Saturday) and their service slow. Their pizza is average and every time I have gone I end up wishing I had trekked a little bit further to go to WOP in Inglewood, or even up the road to another restaurant. The last time I was there, I was especially disappointed in their dessert. I ordered a tiramisu - but they forgot to soak the fingers in coffee, so the lady fingers were try and tasteless. My friend also ordered there cannoli which somehow managed to taste sour and flavourless at the same time. I will say that DZ does has a good and affordable wine list. This place may be better for after work drinks, but not much more.

Food average at best and the service was very slow. After we got seated it took our server 20min to get our order. When the appetizers got there we were still without our drinks. Once the main dishes arrived they tasted bland and my salmon was a little dry. Not sure why this place has this many stars.

Went to the Chinook location last week. The service was great, the food was out quick, and the food was amazing. We ordered meatball to start, pizza as the main and some gelato for dessert. Everything was delicious and tasted authentic Italian.

Definitely not the type of place that serves a greasy Chicago Deep Dish pizza. More of a "hipster" pizza joint than anything else. Awesome desserts though. A bit pricier than your average pizza place as well.

Really nice place to go and eat and have a drink. Service is always friendly and if there is ever a mistake or issue they take care of it very quickly. The food is great and the menu offers a lot of variety. Really nice atmosphere as well. Good for date night or a group of friends.
