Asked for a plain grilled chicken sandwich, it was covered in pepper so much that it was black. When we asked to have it remade without the pepper at first we were told that it just comes that way, my s/o then explained we just wanted it grilled no spices nothing on it. They remade it and it was much better. Daughter ordered 2pc and a biscuit, the biscuits are very good. S/O had a burger and fries. Store was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating but food quality wasn't great and the menu was more limited than what we are used to from this chain.

When I went in this store I was impressed with how clean it was first thing and then second the crew was so nice . Normally on 2nd shift u get a bunch of people that are on the lazy side . Not this crew everything was made fresh . They deserve a raise for sure cause they Are doing a great job. Thanks people notice the great job y’all are doing!!!

0 stars if i could, asked for a Coca Cola with no ice and was instead given a Dr.Pepper full of ice. I was on Drive Thru and they said to pull over and made me wait a long time for no reason, got tired of waiting 20 minutes as i saw 6 cars passing by so I went inside only to find they weren't even working order instead just goofing off. Do not recommend it here.

Ok so this place is rated low, however our visit here was 5 stars. First, the Souther BBQ Pub Burger was awesome. Second their fat fries were second to none. Now that alone would get then four stars. But my wife asked for the Southern BBQ Pub Burger single and they did that. Then on our treat of Hot Cherry Cream Cheese Pie they gave us one marked correctly but with the wrong pie, and the cashier corrected it even with a long line. That is service. Thank you from the Nolan's for the above great service. Cashier at 1100am 03/28/22 inside service.

Wish I could give this place a zero!!! Every time we try and give this restaurant a chance they don't have any chicken or certain pieces. It's absurd!!! The teenagers that work in the drive thru are too busy goofing off and don't have a clue what is going on. They always want you to repeat your order just for them to still get it wrong. How are you a chicken place and don't have any chicken to serve!!! Manager's evidently are not managing the store nor the products or the employees!! Horrible service!!! Last time going there!!
