When are you open? This is a semi-regular pitstop for myself and recently you've been closed at 10:30/11am ..or forgot to unlock the door. Posted temporary hours say you open at 9am.

Went in last night to grab a sandwich. Very rude! Did not acknowledge that we entered and were right in front of the guy in the register until my boyfriend said “hello how are you doing today”. He responded not looking up. Never again! Need to be trained for customer service!

They’re usually ok when we order pick-up. Food is usually cold even when toasted.
However, they said they were open tonight until 10P. We pulled up at 9:15 and they were already closing, even though site, app, google, and the sign on the door says 10p. :(

Clean store with friendly staff and those oh so dependably good Subway sandwiches. This is a great location.

Against our better judgement (I see way too many complaints about this Subway) my family and I decided to go to Subway tonight.
We were greeted by a very nice woman who began making our sandwiches. Halfway through making our sandwiches, someone came out of the back and started yelling at us that if we didn't put on a mask, we couldn't stay in the store.
It is no one's business why I or anyone else don't wear a mask but to attempt to shame and humiliate me is NOT okay.
And this is not a discussion about whether or not to wear a mask. This is about the awful service my family and I just endured.
Due to all the complaints we see about this Subway, we have not been in over a year and guaranteed we will not be back now.
Update: My husband called and spoke with the manager the day after this incident. The manager was upset we were treated this way and stated this employee had already been directed not to act in this manner. We decided to go back today and my husband was treated with respect by the manager who happened to be on duty. Thank you for making things right and treating your customers with dignity and respect.
