Wow. Visited this restaurant with my wife for brunch while we were holidaying in Cairns and we were blown away. Portion size was generous and more importantly everything was so delicious. I had the smoked salmon dish and it was devine. Picked veges made everything taste so fresh and healthy. Even the iced long black coffee was brilliant.
If we are ever back in Cairns, we will definitely be coming back. It's just a shame that location wise, it's not in the city centre so it will be difficult to get to without a car.

Mama coco is one of not many breakfast places i would go back. Food are fresh, generous portions and tasty Coffee just alright for me. Service always lovely.

I've tried their braised beef pie twice, I thought perhaps it was just my taste buds the first time I ate it. The second time I did I confirmed it's definitely not a very nice pie and for $9 - rather sick afterwards. Nice staff and good coffee though. I recommend getting rid of that pie from your menu before you make someone very sick.

One of the best breakfast experiences in Cairns! Greeted and served by lovely staff, incredible food and coffee at a very good price. Atmosphere was great; nice and chilled. Perfect start to the weekend.
