Front 2 doors where locked. Only side door open. 5pm on a Sunday. WE waited 35 minutes to get our food in the store. Their was only 2 people ahead of us. Employees had to take meat out of truck delivery packages stock everything. Then attempt to make our food. First girl knew the sandwiches kudos to her. Second girl was moving so slow I thought I was in a time warp. Place forsure needs better training and WAY BETTER WORK ETHIC.

Went during open hours, even says open online and the doors are locked…. The more and more I attempt to go to subways.. no matter the location, the more I get disappointed. 1 good experience to 10. Do better. So we went across the street to Chick-fil-A where they seem to actually care about serving customers at all of their locations and it shows.

Meatballs were frozen but I didn't complain because I watched another customer do so and the staff was extremely rude. I didn't want to go through the same confrontation. One employee tried telling the other two they couldn't act like that and the three began arguing with each other in front of everyone.

Don’t order on the mobile app here. They will call you and tell you “we don’t have the item you ordered” and they say they will refund your money, but they never do. Once you finally email corporate (because this location never answers the phone) they will mail you a gift card they say. Still haven’t received to this day. I’ve reached out to Subway Corportate and they don’t care. They state they are all independently owned.

This is my sub that I got from subway. Drench in sweet onion teriyaki sauce with minimum chicken. I will stick to locations on Watson and Russell.

This was the worst service. Asked for double steak on 6in. Guy behind the counter dosen't heat up the steak, just slaps it on the bread an tossed it in the microwave. But before that he was heating up some bacon, an didn't use it on the previous sandwich, so he tossed it back in the box to be used at a later date. Very unsanitary.. I live locally an I will never be back, nor would I send ANYONE to this subway. THE MANAGER SAT THERE AND WATCH.

We got 2 subs. Watching while she made my husband's and mine wondering while she kept throwing pieces away. The pickles and other things had slimmy things in the tray. Will never go there again
