Taco Bell

My worse experience ever. Please avoid this place. Ordered a Bell Grande combo. Drink had no ice ot fizz. Greeted the young lady and she didn’t utter a word, closing the window. I will give any establishment good reviews when it’s warranted. This place needs a makeover. I won’t visit another Taco Bell.

The quality isn't consistent enough. Sometimes my food is on point and sometimes it's disappointing. I also am not crazy about the fact that even when I come in I still have to order at a screen and get no greeting upon entrance. I work in fast food myself and appreciate/understand the importance of good customer service.

Went because of the return of the Mexican pizza and she told me they don't start selling then until after 4 p.m.😑 and so I ordered the crunchwrap instead. Maybe it was because that wasn't what I wanted, I had my mouth set on a Mexican pizza, but it wasn't that good and I hadn't been back since. Should've gone to the one closer to my house.

I am shocked that this Taco Bell is still open. Every time that I decide to try again, I am once again disappointed. Tonight I have made the decision that I cannot go back. Door was unlocked at 8:40pm, so I went in. No greeting, no one around so I went to the kiosk to order. When they were notified that an order was received they begin to complain loudly, and laugh/ talk about me walking in. I had found keys near the kiosk so I mentioned it VERY kindly. No answer as they were swiped off the counter and walked out the door. I spoke up and said, “was I not supposed to order?” No answer except to each other, “Is she talking to us?”, with laughter. Finally got my order, I said thank you very much. ZERO response. Done.
