Absolutely terrible, 2 out of 3 lids were not secured to our hot coffee cups, which in turn spilt all over my 14 year old, husband and brand new vehicle as soon as we pulled away from the drive-thru. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. We are local Cape Codders and pass by this Dunkin' on a regular basis; we will NOT be stopping here again.

HORRIBLE. Everything was wrong again. I spent almost $10.00 and didn't get my rewards points and my coffee was wrong 3 times. Not going there any longer. They always mess up my order.

Got two coffees. The iced one wasn't mixed at all. The hot with cream, sugar, and a couple ice cubes came out black. Cool. Also the sausage egg and cheese bagel AND the bacon egg and cheese is burnt like how the hell do you mess up literally every piece of an order?

I am so glad that I can now get something at Dunkin that is gluten free!! The egg bites are delicious!!

This location rocks and I really enjoy stopping here before heading to work. The staff are outgoing and friendly. The donuts are fresh and so is the coffee. The girls who work at this location love what they do. They work hard side by side to get the orders served to you. This restaurant is always clean and neat. It is a great way to start your morning like I do.

I should have checked my order at the window! They take your money and by the time you get to where you're going and unwrap to eat, you find they botched your order AGAIN! I repeated my order twice, and the girl repeated it back to me. She STILL entered the WRONG information! These people want $15 an hour and they can't punch in a simple two-item order. Dang!
