Walked in the store on a Friday eve, too many orders for a single in-store sandwich artist. Alice did a fantastic job. Great customer service and pressure handling skills. Definitely worth a 5 star for a star employee. Not the forget the quality of the sub was good too in such a pressure situation. :D

Entered a restaurant that had a complete lack of atmosphere and appalling customer service. Lifeless employees, cold chicken in my sandwich and to top it all off, felt ignored as I said thank you whilst leaving. Abominable.
Will be returning tho the sandwiches are usually good.

The service is mediocre at best. The soda machine has been broken for about a month and they still haven't fixed it. They also put the wrong sauce in my food once and knowingly didn't bring it up at the time. Moreover they tend to almost burn the food when it's supposed to be just toasted.

The owner (older Indian guy) needs to take a chill pill and treat his staff with more respect, maybe that way the vibe here wouldn’t be so suffocating.

Order from this place numerous times while I was at Burwood. Especially during the lockdown. Highly recommend the place since they make the sandwiches perfectly and listen to the customers very well. I also received some free cookies once in a while. And the discount for the students is also amazing. The food is worth the price.
I used to order Subway a lot while I was in Burwood so I found a good combination for Veggie Patty(if anyone wants to order): Italian herbs and cheese bread, toasted, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, capsicum, olives, extra jalapenos, garlic aioli, habanero hot sauce, Pesto mayo, smoked bbq, and salt and pepper. Tastes awesome.

I ordered a foot long white bread veggie delite with avocado, capsicum, carrot, cucumber, lettuce and tomato. I got some 6 inch italian herbs and cheese looking thing with one squished avocado piece and they refused to replace it or give me a refund!
