Mcdonald's

Came in on Sunday morning. No counter service so many are learning how to use the screen service. We helped one but not receipt came out. Went and and told the clerk (older heavier after man) . He snipped that out of paper. We asked how the customer would know order number. Clerk snipped again that he would know and pointed to 2 screens. Had to wait for order and then beverage cup. Bad attitude of employee

New kid at drive thru had no idea how to make ice coffee. Felt bad for him. No one listening to his questions. Fill cup with ice. Asked him to have someone show him, but 3 people complaining, Then see other new guy who shorted me change last week. Giving wrong directions, lite on cream way too much syrup.tells me machine broke ke , did not have him add more cream. Very bitter would be outcome. Said it nicely twice to girl who showed up at window just glaring at me.. But nothing other than starring at me so left. Miss the old crew who knew what they were doing. It more expensive then ever. not appreciated

McDonald's spends millions of dollars on commercials, billboards, magazine advertisements, etc... Yet, if you were hungry in the morning, and you have $100 bill on you, and that's all you have as far as currency goes, McDonald's cannot figure out how to get a human being to take a $100 bill and make change for it. All of the other stores put a marker to the $100 bill to see that it is a real $100 bill, and then they make change, the nine people in front of me must have only spent $1, so they couldn't break a $100 bill, lol. You good at mcdonald's, I'm finding a new breakfast place, time to step up to the year 2022 and learn how to make change for $100 bill. Terrible guys, terrible.

Always messing up my order, just like the last time I went, I ordered a large Fri and a McChicken and McDouble the McDouble was supposed to have no pickles and no onions well mine had onions so that was wrong and I never got my fries they asked to see my receipt but the lady never gave it to me so I had no proof so I just left it at that and just hight tilled it out of there like normal always mess it up
