Burger King

Terrible. I gave it a 1 because you can't give it a 0. I got French toast sticks and hash Browns. They were cold and hard and very old and just gross. I didn't have time to eat today so I grabbed this quick. What a mistake. I was so disappointed as I ate in the car. The only good thing was that I got it really quick. Now I know why. This is a rest stop on the Turnpike. You are usually busy. There is no reason to give old cold stale gross-tasting food. Burger Kings are very inconsistent. At least McDonald's is consistent. It always sucks. BK is hit or miss. This time...miss.

This particular Burger King consistently gets orders wrong and does not correct them. They are very confrontational when you do ask for things to be corrected. Over a year ago had several poor experiences with them regarding wrong orders and poor customer service, but my family decided to give another try. My elderly father presented them with a coupon for 1 small fry and 2 double bacon cheese burgers, and ordered an additional small fry. They gave 2 single cheese burgers, never added the additional small fry. The cheese burgers were cold and the fries they did add were not cooked all the way. It wasn't worth spending the 30 minutes it usually takes to get them to correct it..if they do. I highly recommend not going to this particular site when McDonald's is just down the street and Wawa is next door.

This place really needs to step up their game. Staff is unprofessional I shouldn't hear workers cursing. They made me a whopper I couldn't even eat because of the mouthful of mayo that was globbed on one half. They become super stressed out with a large order... honestly burger King... you can do better...I also don't need to see workers with their pants so low I have to look at someone's dingy looking boxer shorts. It's not even a busy location...a greeting would be nice too... instead we got a scowl as if placing an order was an inconvenience to the workers.
