I’m a regular customer at this location and I get my usual stuff every day and today I went in I ordered specifically two egg and cheeses and the lady repeated my order back to me my religion requires me not to eat pork and I bet into my sandwich and I threw up and they gave me a sandwich with bacon on it knowing I told them do not put bacon on it and then they laughed at me I’m very upset I didn’t even get a apology

Not DD quality food or service! Ordered 2 bagels with butter, they charged for cream cheese. Ordered a drink with vanilla french swirl, it had none! Called corporate, they said there's nothing they can do. They could look up my receipt to confirm my order, because the store didn't give me a receipt I can't go back to the store for a refund AND the store has no active phone line! Drive the extra mile to another DD!!

I am a regular customer to this location and their service is horrible. You asked for a coffee they give you a latte.. They need a proper management. Advice for the owner: if you can't find a manager, please let me know. I will provide you a new manager for this store who can properly train your staff and provide the best customer service to the customers. - Syed Ali

Horrible customer service. From the drive thru to the window the were very rude. For to the drive thru they answered the drive thru “yes”. Then when I placed my order they did not even repeat it. Got to the window she said the Total and then handed me the food. No thank you! No have a good day. No asking if I would like my receipt. Just down right rude. I will never eat there again.

Every time I order through door dash from this location something with my order is wrong or missing. The whole no egg issue that I hoped was resolved by the option being on door dash rather then a special order option didnt resolve this. With no excuse for that I shouldn't be continuing to get egg on my sandwiches. With this most recent order I order a few orders of their hashbrowns NONE of them were in the bag. This is the last time I'm ordering from this location and I will refuse to go in person if their attention to detail lacks so much that they can't even read an order AS IT APPEARS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN! Idk if its because someone behind the scenes there is that illiterate that they can't read or what but this is ridiculous.
