My mother made an order from this location for curbside pickup and when we went to go pick it up, we waited for 20 minutes only to realize that not only was the place closed but the lights were also on like someone was there despite the doors being locked. She tried to call to see if anyone was inside, twice if I recall, and got no answer before leaving. If you can't do curbside pickup orders and the like after a certain point then why are you still taking people's money???? This is totally unacceptable and feels deliberately disrespectful; personally, I will never return to this location as a customer whether in-person or online.

After we were seated, we waited 45 minutes plus for our food. The server came out to apologize cause the cook did not know how to make an omelet without pancake batter in the eggs, her words were "he keeps messing it up, I am going to see if my manager can make it for you." Finally, after 45 mins, the food came out and the other orders were cold.

Manager (I believe) or other employee was extremely rude. We arrived at 8:30 pm. Their website hours say they are open until 10pm. When we attempted to enter, a male employee (possibly the manager) came over and very nastily said, "obviously we are closed". That wasn't necessary. He could have told us that in a nicer, more reasonable and more professional way. Obliviously, your poor management has led to incorrect hours being posted on your website. This location used to be our go- to but not anymore. We will be patronizing the Berlin location from now on. Sorry to the owner and other employees who suffer from this. This employee's unprofessional and ignorant behavior has reflected poorly on the business.
