Martini's Grille

I will say that the number one draw to Martinis is the atmosphere and the view. It's absolutely gorgeous, classy, and the perfect place to take a date. The chicken lips are phenomenal and very well worth getting. The only negative I have to say is that out of all the steaks I've ever had in my life the one that they served us was the most salty steak I've ever had. Way over seasoned and tasted like you were biting into a salt lick! Other than that, everything was excellent in service was good as well.

Fine dining with amazing food! Everything was very fresh and so so yummy. Excellent wine selection and drink selection. Something for everyone! The waitress was so very nice and very accommodating with my food allergy. She know what was on most of the dishes with out having to ask the chef. The menu was varied and excellent. The desert menu was too die for! Wonderful dining experience.

Food was good, but not unique, gourmet, or plentiful enough to justify the price on some items. The location is fabulous & I look forward to the view of the Mighty Mississippi in the daylight. However the view of the charming churches & downtown lights in the evening was beautiful. The hostess at the main counter had a bad day & she snapped at a coworker, and then was reprimanded, reminded there were customers & not to shout at people. Expected a lit candle or fresh flowers or table linens at each table for the upscale reputation & price.

TLDR- Absolutely Eat HERE! Martinis almost never disappoints me. Being from California we have lots of fine dining options. But in Burlington there are only a couple, and Martinis will always be my first choice. The chicken lips are absolutely to die for. Who knew a piece of chicken could be so delicious?!? The shrimp cocktail was small but perfect. We’ve had almost every entree on the menu at this point, and I’m sorry to say I can’t pick one over the other. All delicious. Deserts are wonderful- we had the butterscotch bomb last night and it was soooooo good. Drinks - all carefully crafted and high end. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
