Charleys Philly Steaks

The “regular” size fries are about 4 dollars, not sure if they were running low or very cheap with their quantity. I opened the box and honestly started laughing in disappointment because of the amount of fries they gave me. Another person opened it as well and I seen her shaking her head and laughing as well. $4 for these fries? You’re kidding! Also, the line is always empty, I can start to see why. $14 total for this weird meal that didn’t even come with a drink. Last time coming here, I’ll be at Chic Fil A.

I wasn’t here but I’m living through the eyes of a friend right now. upon the pictures I’ve received you can just tell that the bussin’ bussin’ of this food radiates the senses of a mouth watering and savory delicacy that is brought to you by charleys cheesesteaks at the Burlington mall food court. The food court from what I was told was very Smokey/ haze, but who can resist Burlington malls “smoking’” options! Especially at charleys! Thank you Jon!

I was there for no more than 8mn While I was asking the girl for my order and looking at the order board, then the girl who was taking my order from me said, “Look at me, don’t look at the order board.” I know if this is how the customer is treated and how workers are chosen like this girl. Fast food place in the Burlington Mall food court. It's among many other places. Their sandwiches are on white bread. The food service is quick. And they give out free samples at least today. I don't eat white flour. So I asked for wheat. The only choice was a wrap. I have it sense that you could get less in a wrap than in their regular presentation. I could be wrong but by looking at what other people get in the picture that I have I paid for large size and I don't think I got the equivalent of a large wrap. Now they save money when I don't order the regular bread but on the same time, they charge extra for the wrap. So they must not value their bread. And I don't get much of a discount and in fact I get charged for thin wrap. I don't think that's fair. Overall, I think it's a very average place, and to the extent that the bread is only white flour, that to me is always a shortcoming. The food isn't bad and to give them the benefit of the doubt I starred them with three. There is nothing remarkable about this place. in fact they don't even tell you they're going to charge you extra for the wrap. It's definitely not a five-star facility. Obviously the people will give it five stars have no idea what a five-star place is.

This location always seems to close the grill a good 20 to 30 minutes before actual closing time. I get it, you want to go home. But if someone comes at 7:40, you're still open! Sucks because I used to work *at this location* and it's definitely not like it used to be. I'm sure closing early is costing money, not to mention frustrating customers. Guess the pheasant lane mall location is the only location that actually follows its own hours now.

This was my first visit here and I must say the staff are friendly and the service was very efficient. This was also my first taste of a philly cheesesteak.The food is prepared in full view so you can see what you are getting. The food was amazingly good and I will most definitely return. Wish there was a branch closer to me though.
