Very clean and modern Gregg's. I sampled the Southern Fried Chicken (new item..?), Chicken Bake and an Apple Danish. Good consistency across all menu items. Food was decently warm, but could be hotter, which the same could be said for all Gregg's. Staff are very welcoming.

Went to collect some food and a caramel hot chocolate for my daughter, turns out they gave me a caramel latte ! I always feel like the staff just do not care and I refuse to go back to exchange it considering that I only went to this one as I was near it…never again !
