Mcdonald's

I’ve been waiting in line since 11pm. I started off inside where my services weren’t acknowledged until 20 minutes later when I ran to car after getting ignored by 4 workers. Now it’s 11:45 and I’m still sitting here. If I could’ve rated it without a star I would’ve. This is unacceptable FAST FOOD SERVICE.

Stopped by this morning 6/5/19@5:59am to get a oatmeal and drink. 1st they didn't have any oatmeal so I decided on a plan bagel. There was a car in front of me, I happened to notice that the kid gave the lady in front of me the wrong bag and since I was the only other customer in the drive thru, I knew it was mine. She got her order and left. I pulled up and they went to give me the same food that they had just giving the lady in front of me which I saw her looking through the bag. I asked for another bagel and the lady said ok. She came back in less than a minute later gave me the bag. I had already set in drive thru for 12minutes and was ready to leave. As soon as I got the bag I touched the bagel in it's wrapper and it was cold. So she literally gave me the same bagel. I got to work 3mins later and was curious, so I opened it. I put pictures but they don't show how cold and hard it was. That and knowing that they gave it to another customer and then to me IS SICKENING. If you look closely at the pictures, I believe you will see that they didn't even give me a top and bottom. It's 2 bottoms. If this is a corporate McDonald's, then they are seriously slacking. They don't deserve even the 1 star. #BUFORDMCDONALDS #NASTY

This particular location has excellent service and breakfasts. I had a sausage, round egg, and cheese Mcmuffin. The muffin was so soft fluffy, warmly toasted. The egg was fully cooked to perfection. Sausage was cooked to the perfect level of doneness without being dried out. Nothing with frayed hard edges. Nothing over cooked. Nothing cold and old. It's like we (the consumers) are back to where we left off, quality back to normal again. I'm loving this McDonald's morning. Sorry forgot to photo.
