Dunkin'

Well maintained donut/ice cream shop but absolutely no enforcement of its mask policy. We entered the premise and found almost all walk-in customers not wearing their masks and employees not asking them to mask up. I always liked this shop but doubt I will be back at least during the covid period if this persists.

This store has gone way down hill. I placed an order online and drive 15 minutes to pick up my order. I told them the name and they handed me a bag. When I got home, it was not the order that I had placed. I drove back and told them. It took 2 people to ask me what was the name and that what they had was the only order with a name. After they looked at me blankly, one asked, if I placed the order online. I said yes, they walked away, and brought me the order which had been sitting for over 30 minutes. No apologizes, didn't speak a word. I asked if they could remake it because it would be cold by now. They did and didn't say another word to me while I was in the store. Very rude and inconsiderate!
