At first I was excited because the 10 piece I ordered had 11 in it! But that excitement was quickly quelled when I realized that they were cold, shriveled, and they didn't give me any sauce even though I ordered some.
It literally takes 3 minutes to fry 10 nuggets. I'm happy to wait that long for fresh nuggies!!

These are the saddest, soggiest, driest fries I've ever gotten from a fast food place. The chicken sandwiches were pretty good though. What can you expect from a Wendy's though.

What has happened to Wendy's in the past year? If Dave were still alive he wouldn't like the quality of the food. The chicken sandwich is not like it was, don't know if they changed suppliers or what. I use to love Wendy's. Just about anything you ordered on the menu was always good. Just not what it use to be. I keep thinking--next time maybe it will be better..no, looks like it's not gonna happen.

It was horrible ... Burgers, fries & drinks. Burgers & fries were cold. Sweet tea was not sweet but watered down.

Asked several times for no mayonaise as I'm allergic and when I get home there is extra mayo on the sandwiches. I should contact credit card company to cancel charged and then my attorney to press charges.

The service was pretty good. The main issue was the female that took my order tried to pull a fast one and up charge me for a lemonade. Instead of asking would I like a regular lemonade or a natural lemonade she charges me extra for a natural lemonade.
The line was very long, but it moved rather quickly. I noticed people walking out after I was in the drive thru, so dining inside is open.

I just left this Wendy’s and wish service everywhere else was like this! I asked for a salad with no tomatoes. When I got to the window they were courteous enough to ask if I was allergic and if they needed to remake the whole salad. As I was paying this girls taking my card needed the whole experience with a compliment. I didn’t get her name but she had a little pink in her hair (super cute!) and had wonderful customer service!

If you’re looking for a quick, hot meal, this isn’t the place. Someone in the family specifically asked for a new item from Wendy’s. Nearly a half hour wait at the drive thru, and our food is cold. This place needs a revamp!
