Woops!

I wanted to do something special for my best friend which was difficult considering all that is going on in the world and the fact that we live in different states. I know how much she loves French macaroons so did a google search and food Woops. The website made it very easy to order. The macaroons arrived on time and they were beautiful and she said they were yummy! They also were easily accessible via text! I would certainly recommend them if you need sweet treats!

Since first trying these soft and sweet cookies last fall, I cannot get enough! I now buy them for small gifts, work functions, and pretty much whenever i'm craving PB&J macarons. I stopped by there again this past week, Amber and Melanie were working, because I needed pink cookies for my best friends baby shower. Even though I didn't call ahead, they were super helpful and constructed me a pyramid of them to pick up later that day. If you have the chance, TRY ONE and become addicted like me!

Thank you to Ms. McKenzie for such amazing service. The pastries were so soft. Haven't had macaroons like this in such a long time. Reminds me of the ones my mother brought back from France. So close to the originals. Mckenzie was not pushy or trying to over sell. So pleasant and kind to my young son who had never had french pastry before. Amazing smile , patient, and so professional when multiple customers came along. Made the whole experience excellent! We will be stoping by again 😁

My family has just recently been turned onto the deliciousness of macaroons thanks to a friend. When we saw the kiosk, we decided to stop and take a look. The price was a little bit more than expected, but not so much more that we were turned away by it. We were amazed at how many different flavors of macaroons there were available, and as a result we decided to increase the total number of macaroons we would purchase. We get to the counter and I asked Ariele (the cashier) if she would be able to split up our order in a way that was not listed on their pricing board. She was more than accommodating, making sure to put each of our macaroons in the packaging carefully, so as to not break any of them. There was even one that fell out of her hand as she went to pick it up. Now, the one that fell actually landed right back down onto of where it originally was. There was no chance it became contaminated or inedible in any way, bit it did get slightly damaged when it fell. Ariele put it aside and grabbed another one, making certain the new one was flawless. Ariele packed up our macaroon delicately, and then put each of our orders in it's own separate bag for us to carry to make sure we knew who's macaroons were who's. Overall, our visit to Whoops! was amazing!! Ariele made us feel like we were the only customers that existed that day. She was incredibly pleasant to speak with, and she treated us like royalty. Even though we live 20 miles from the mall, my wife has made me promise to take her at least once a month!! Oh!! I forgot to mention that since visiting there we have eaten some of the macaroons. Let me tell you what!! Those things are deliciously sinful!!! They are light and delicate, but packed full of flavor and actually not overly sweet. Whoops! has totally ruined every other macaroon we've ever had!!
