The workers were very nice. The food was cheap and tasty. However, they were out of chicken :(

Both locations inside of the hospital are private that should be listed. If you aren’t a patient you can’t use them or visitor.

Visiting.. looked up information which never stated that Hortons was inside the hospital. Starting walking to get there... information is key... State it's inside the hospital
State that this is not open to public
While on vacation the visitor is not only excited to visit, they are blind sided and can only go by the little information given...
Be honest and upfront to help your tourist!!
I approached a hospital worker who was very rude...I greeted and asked if I could ask if Hortons was inside
She looked at me with a very unfriendly stare...stated yes..as she walked away
Wow New Yorkers do you want to spread rudeness to people who visit?
Sad after all that's happened! Do we not want to be grateful and appreciate the $ people are wanting to spend in your city??

Normally has pretty good service. It's busy, so you know the coffee will be fresh. I like their coffee when I want something that isn't strong but isn't fricken tea-like. It's good middle of the road coffee. The Tim Bits are decent too. I go here often.

They are never consistent with their coffee making, Either it's burnt or watery. Disgusting!!!! If you tell them to make it over or complain they have the nerve to get mad qnd question you as if we did something wrong. Need better training on making coffee!

Unprofessional and the coffee in the morning is horrible. They have a hard time understanding anything. They take forever even if you are the only one. Especially in the morning.

I go to this Tim Hortons all the time. Some of the staff members are very nice and have good service, but a few are pretty rude and talk bad about the customers and complain right in front of them. Several if them once got mad that I asked for more sugar because I couldn't taste it. On that note, the drinks always taste different depending on who makes it, which can be a waste when it isn't how you would like.
