Busy place but line moves quickly and there's always plenty of staff who actually help and not just watch people wait. They're also all very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Large selection, clean and well organized. The panhandlers outside are a bit off putting but just a sign of the difficult times we are living in, I guess. Thank you!!!

Excellent Service!! I’ve never seen the coffee counters so clean before and coffee is fresh all the time. They make the coffee for you right away if it’s down. One of the employee/new owner cleaned the coffee pot of the French vanilla and when I asked for it, she made that right away and requested me to wait couple of minutes to get fresh coffee. I couldn’t say no...that was so nice of her. She could say no if she wanted but she didn’t. I’ve been coming to this store for 4 years but never found that kind of excellent service and freshness in this store before.

It's a convenient store. It was alright. The store on pine ave in Niagara Falls had people asking for change and cigarettes outside also drugs sold in the parking lot.

This place Definitely went down hill completely... The condiments like the jalepenos, pico de gallo, pickles, and everything else that someone would use for nachos or hot dogs or burgers are ALWAYS NO GOOD. Its like they dont switch them out at all or are too lazy. Basically everything thats made on the grill or what not is not exactly fresh either....and that can make customers VERY sick. A health inspector needs to get in there and check it out... The last time i had a tasty "anything" in this 7/11 was like over a year and some change ago. The employees are very nice, but this store for sure can use some improvement. It needs to be cleaned up. Used to love their big bites and burgers and nachos.. But for god sake, get fresh topping condiments.
