Terrible service, terrible management, bacon egg cheese has 1/16 th of a strip of bacon on it. The picture shows more. If they had a half star, I would have used it. Don't waste your time or money.

No surprises when going to this Dunkin' - always a 5 star experience. Courteous, knowledgeable and hard working employees every time we've gone here.
Order was perfect - exactly as ordered. Breakfast sandwiches were hot fresh and delicious. The drinks (both coffee and tea) were hot and came exactly as ordered.

Nice clean place, even bathrooms.
Food was good, service was average due to a few new people working that day.
One of the counter tables had built in wireless chargers for the phone. I kind of thought that was badass

Ordering on the app and picking up in the drive thru is so easy. The food is hot, delicious and fresh and everything is just how I ordered it. This Dunkin also always has friendly service.

I order 6 assorted donuts and every one was incorrect. Me and my boyfriend went inside and the cashier was like "oh it was was custom order" you should have read my order correct instead of rushing.

Terribly made fall apart muffins and burnt hard croissants
Strawberry sprinkles donut came with barely any Strawberry creme and zero sprinkles
Ordered Vanilla creme donut, some chocolate thing came instead

Staff was pleasant and courteous. I ordered Chi tea it took a few minutes to get. I sat down to drink my tea. It was warm not hot and the flavor was not strong at all. I took it back to counter and the attendant tried to correct my order, but a language barrier prevented a full correction. It came back warmer but the flavor wasn't there. Hence the 3 stars.
