The guy who made my wrap was nice, but as I checked out, I put my card in and realised I wanted a meal a half second after I put my card in. I asked if i could make it a meal and she said ‘nah too late’. I asked if it was the same price and she said ‘nope’. Literally, I don’t think discounting something less than a dollar to satisfy a customer is too much to ask. Won’t be returning. Funny thing is, I rarely ever post reviews. Oh well.

The employee (he didn’t have a name tag on) was very rude to me. I showed up at the counter to order and he sat there and ignored me for about five minutes before he came uo and said “what”. I proceeded to make my order and I said “why did you ignore me like that” and he said “whatever” in a short snippy tone. He said some other choice words but I will not post them on here. He proceeded to burn my food and I just walked away. More than disgusted with this experience and will not be coming back ever again. I hope he gets fired.

Went to order a sub today was told that of all their varieties of rolls thete was only wheat and Flatbread available. The place,makes subs and offers hos many different breads to put them on. How,do you run a business like this??

Worst service ever. This kid with the dark flippy hair has such a bad attitude. I work in the mall and on my break today I went there just to get a drink stood at the counter for a solid 15 mins and no one ever came to help me so ended up going next door to get a drink.

Eric at this location inside the McKinley mall has bad attitude and is very unfriendly to customers. He looks unhappy behind that counter and should find a job where he doesn’t have to talk to people.
