Five Guys has really good burgers and hot dogs. The fries taste good but are often soggy. I haven't tried the milkshakes but my friends seemed to have liked theirs. The service is usually good and the employees don't seem unhappy. There's free peanuts, which somehow results in peanut shells all over the floor. Prices are fine, calorie counts are high but not prohibitive.

Nobody on register , 2 on grill, Nobody serving orders . Multiple staff members on break ignoring customers. Eventually staff returned . Woman with red dyed hair walking around behind counter not even acknowledging customers. Ridiculous long wait for a doordash order. No attempt at customer service. After half an hour the crew improves from 2 to 6 but NOBODY acknowledged me standing around

Horrible horrible imagine trying the voted best burger for the first time and it’s crap…… bun was wet and soggy the entire burger is a mess cheap foil paper is all torn up made a mess all over my fries……milkshake was excellent very very poor presentation still don’t know what it taste like cuz I don’t eat wet soggy buns…..

All that matters is if one wants the best fries in buffalo, this is the place. You will not regret it and it might become your new craving. Also, their bacon cheeseburger is good too (but nothing special as I had better ones).

I love, love Five Guys! The burgers and french fries are so yummy. A large fry feeds the when family. My only complaint is the cost. The flavor is excellent, but the price tag is a big much; especially when we take the whole family.

Every time I order my burger all the way, no mushrooms, they put mushrooms. I'm allergic, so no more for me
