Panera Bread

Was there to see three men sing a serenade to a couple. That was cool.. My only complaints are that the toasted steak and cheese has horseradish, not my favorite condiment. $6 for a small yogurt smoothie is a bit much when for that same value you can get a larger one at Spot Coffee. Love the atmosphere though and a good place to chill.

It was okay. Not the best Panera bread . I got the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and a chicken ceaser salad. The avocado was a bit brown I had to remove part of it the avocado which was disappointing. The salad was a bit brown but it was mostly good. Usually Panera is very good not sure if I'll return to this particular one but will probably return to the usual one I visit.

Ordered lunch for my family today. Very clearly asked my kids what they wanted. Yet, my son changed his mind AFTER they brought the food. I was fully prepared to make him eat what he ordered but the staff were wonderful and offered to make him the other item he wanted without additional charge AND let us keep his original order.

So a little while ago I had an issue with my panera app not accepting my gift card and I had gone into the store and they worked everything out fine but had told me if this happens again, to call prior to coming in. A few weeks later, the same issue happened and I called the restaurant before going in. When I called, the manger Jessica was BEYOND rude to me and literally said “i don’t know what you expect me to do” in the nastiest tone. I explained to her that I was advised to call the restaurant before going in and she just kept repeating the same phrase rudely while constantly interrupting me to talk to other people. Horrible customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars.
