I can't tell you how pleased I am with your service! When I originally called it was because I had been to your cafe last month, and was so disappointed to find it closed. The number I called that day was out of service(?). I took a chance on calling again the day before Christmas eve and spoke to a lovely chap, Peter who informed me you are indeed still in business!! He even went so far as to check my zip code to tell me if I ordered before 3pm, I could get a delivery the next day as I live 1.5 hrs southeast. I didn't hesitate! Sure enough, the next morning (less than 24hrs from placing my order) my package arrived!! ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! Blew me away! You have made a 90 year old British (Hull-born), failing, retired maths & physical ed teacher go over the moon!! The only thing he'd asked for was a few pork pies, "from the English place you found in Buffalo years back." Hence the road-trip that day!! He was devastated when I told him your little shop was closed. I only wish you could have seen his face on Christmas Day when he opened his surprise package!! Then you would truly know the impact of the service you provide. Brought tears to his eyes & made Christmas extra special for us both!! He's polished off the medium box of goodies and thinks he's made it to heaven already!! Made my large box order yesterday! YOUR FOOD IS EXCELLENT, and just as I remember when I lived across the pond! Fresh, well packaged, and absolutely delicious! Just received our first order. I was confused about the shipping costs. BUT now they offer free cost to coast shipping!! Yesterday made the Fish and chips. LOTS of chips. Both the fish and chips cooked up almost as they would from my old 'chippy' back home. Just needed some real newspaper to make it real!! Made the steak and kidney today with left over chips. Followed the cooking instructions given and ended up with a magnificent meal. Could only be better if I had ordered the mushy peas instead of using my own garden peas. Will be ordering more as soon as I cook my sausages into my toad in the hole. And as soon as the fish and chips are available again.

Very good food! Website is very easy to use and prices are decent. Only issue is their pickup system. Upon arrival you must call their customer service line which is often busy and hangs up on you after 30 seconds. I waited outside the place for 20+ minutes and made just as many calls in that time, trying to reach someone. Otherwise a great place for British food!

If you need Brit food. You gotta go to this company. Just finished a pork pie. Dead on what I used to eat as a kid in Coventry England. Steak and kidney pies are to die for. If you stop by their store you can have the REAL experience of fish and chips made on equipment imported from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Can’t recommend enough. Well done chaps.
