While the food from this Red Rooster isn't bad per se, the condition of the store, organisation, staff and helpfulness leaves a lot to be desired. 2 times now I've been there of an evening, with no one at the front counter, upon making noise, saying hello, trying to get attention and hearing staff chatting out the back - Only to finally appear 2 minutes later. One of these times the rest of the ordering procedure went fine, however the other time 3 meals were ordered, 1 was the totally incorrect meal as the girl clearly was not listening to our order and just wanted to get back out the back to chat again. Your staff need some customer service training and quite honestly if this place was not so close to my house, I'd not be back.

Chips were dry n cold so while in the drive thru she stuck em in the microwave made em soggy n for $12 meal I was ask did I want a large size thinking larger chips serve or larger potato n gravy only to b given a larger soft drink for $2 more, waste of money, KFC I could've got 5 pieces for the same never again

My husband just went into Buderim Branch & asked for 1/4 chicken & chips with a leg & some seasoning please. He came home with a wing & no seasoning ? Whats the go with the Buderim Branch, we never get seasoning anymore & they don't listen.? I just phoned the Manager Darren who is replacing the meal next time I order and the stuffing seems to fall out of the portion onto the floor everytime we order this ?
