They have excellent customer service skills 👏! Ms. Emily listened while I was placing my order, she was friendly and courteous, and she smiled while taking my order. As a Customer Service Worker myself, it's appreciated to get it, in return when you aren't working. So as far my Order Taker and Expediter they were a delight, with their friendliness and politeness. The grease needs to be changed! I'm disappointed that my fries 🍟 were limp! I expected better because I was a manager at a Burger King in my hometown right out of high school. So I know at what standards their food is to be! You are not to sell your customer anything you wouldn't eat yourself! EVERYTHING is to be made fresh! My Original Chicken Sandwich was done perfectly how I ordered them!

Watched heavy white brunette female just walking around inside the work kitchen eating popcorn. Watched the another drop fry containers on the floor. Then the referred to woman asked a man working the window why he did not pick it up when he did not do it. She put them back to be served to people from the floor.

Just. tried the new hand batterred chicken sandwich, it was horrible, one of tbe worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had. The meat was stringy. and tough and the batter was falling off, tgere was no crunch at all. They must have pre cooked and let. it sit there and the re geated the sandwich. I gave ir a shot and that will be tbe last time i waste my money at Burger King.
