Carvel

I’ve been coming to this carvel for many years but after today I’ll never return - their worker Mark should not have a job in customer service - I witnessed him outside hanging out with friends while the line builds up at the store( mind you he is the only worker in the store at this one time) - He notices people are starting to stare looking for help so than he goes in the store locks the door mind u never puts a mask or gloves on - we (customers) are knocking at the door he ignores than opens the door yelling at the customers. The owner should watch his cameras to witness the poor service this guy Mark gives !

Very rude , slow, unprofessional had no gloves on, I for a junior Sunday and he comes and had a covered I asked him not to have a cover he took the cup and flung it across the Room came back again with it covered and I told them I was not except it ,He says it's fine then he proceeds to uncover it and fudge spills all over his hands and all over the floor he got mad and his CO worker wind up doing the Sunday for me ..revienprofessional should be fired for that women gloves and for being of noxious and rude
