It’s a decent pizza counter across the street from NYU and the Jay Street subway exit - BOOM, it’s right there when you hit street level, you can’t miss it! Pizza is precooked, and sitting in a glass case, like most of the pizza places in NYC. Choose how many slices you want, and they heat it up for a few minutes. The line looked long but it actually moved pretty quick - I didn’t wait long at all. I had a slice of cheese and mushroom and I think it was between $4 and $5 (but they had a special - two slices and a fountain drink for about $5.95). I didn’t want two slices, or a soda, so I kinda got screwed after I paid for my slice and my bottled water. There’s also a minimum $10 order for credit card purchases - LAME! The pizza was decent and it didn’t seem like it had been sitting out too long, but I just wouldn’t describe it as having bragging rights for NYC pizza. The pizza counter is on street level, but if you go up one level, there is a diner style restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. The seating was just about at capacity, but if you head upstairs one more level, you will find more seating available. Again, it’s not the best pizza in NY, but it’s decent and quick. Friendly counter service too.

This is a basic establishment of pizza and hot plate dishes. Two levels of dining room space which can get hot and stuffy at times. Poor A.C. if even any at all. Very busy at times but the staff is very good. A downtown Brooklyn place in a perfect location for ease and back off too work. Bring your appetite and enjoy🍕👍🍕👍

It’s a great place to get a quick bite but some things can be overpriced. I’m only giving this one star because I was billed $114.15 for an item that was $14.15. I brought it up to the cashier but instead of a $100 refund it was 99.65 because they thought I said 14.50. If you come here bring cash, and make sure your spanish is good.
