A hidden gem in Downtown Brooklyn specializing in panzerotti, a unique Italian pocket of flavor. It’s not a calzone which can often be too heavy. Instead, you get a light thin crispy dough on the outside filled with a thin appropriate amount of filling, my favorite of which is the spicy salami, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. They have a variety of flavors, whether savory and sweet. One is good enough for a snack, 2 for a meal. The owners are always there and super nice at every visit.

FOOD This place is absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying a panzerotto in New York and I could immediately taste the authentic ingredients, fresh from Italy. Some people might think or comment they're empty a bit empty but I thought the dough to filling ratio was just right, especially since they're meant to be eaten horizontally (keep in mind if you eat it vertically you will have a few very empty bites and then too much filling). 10/10, and from the ones I tried, the classic was just unbeatable. SERVICE Great service all around, you can tell all the staff is Italian, and proud to share their culture. The lady who helped me was incredibly nice and took her time answering all my questions about the food and how it was made, I fekt very welcomed! ATMOSPHERE The place is very small, but that only makes it feel cozy, they have a nice outdoor area too which must be perfect for summer time. Lots of decorations straight from Italy, you can tell the owners don't want to impress you with a stylish deco, they just want to be authentic and show you a classic Italian restaurant experience.

All you are looking for is Panzerotti Bites. Super competitive price, great atmosphere and music. T Panzerotti taste even better than the ones we tried in Puglia region. We had two Panzerotti, one fried and one baked and two beverages and spent only $30. Best cappuccino in town and they have a changing table for kids in the bathroom (which was sparkling clean)!

I literally cried. This is THE BEST PLACE to enjoy the tastes of the Puglia! Tried the Mortadella and Classic one, I hope to be able and visit again before leaving NYC. The staff are adorable, and the ice cappuccino is wonderful! Worth it!!!

I love Italian food but have not been exposed to enough authentic cuisine so I decided to give this restaurant a try. The space is small but it very much feels like you're at home. It is an intimate space which I like. The person who helped me place my order, who I think is the onwer, was beyond pleasurable! So kind and took out the time to explain some of the items on the menu. He was very warm and had a welcoming smile. Each Panzerotti cost between $7.80-$9.90 ish. The dough is hand made and fresh, you can tell as soon as you open your container. It glistens like it is covered in superfine sugar crystals😋Then with the first bite there is this delicious aroma of cheese and tomato that hits your face and the heat that escapes from it confirms the freshness. I tried the Classic and the one with Truffle Mushrooms...I forget the name. The classic is definitely my favorite! I really like the cheese flavor in the one with the mushrooms it is totally different. And the mushrooms are cooked too perfection. The only thing I wish was that they had a variety mini bites cup option where maybe you can choose up to 4 different types for like $7. It would be a nice option to try the different Panzerotti's on the menu. I will definitely be back again for a bite😋And if you are reading this on the fence about it, you should come try!

This is my second time coming here to get panzerotti. Their panzerotti is authentic and freshly baked each time they prep it. I personally think the baked classic one is the best. I think they got the best dough which is very well baked. I forgot to take a picture of it because it looked so good that I had finished them. I’d come back for it when I have the chance!

GO HERE!!! seriously absolutely fantastic. these are authentic and delicious panzerotti. you will be likely greeted by one of the owners themselves! the combinations of fillings are perfect. they stuff and make them fresh to order. the owners are so kind, and so welcoming, and give great recommendations. it feels like stepping into a little spot in italy to grab a panzerotto for lunch. the espresso is great too! they also carry the go-to southern italian water, sparkling and still as well as many other great drinks my only regret is that i only got to go once. (i got the classic al forno and the owner’s recommendation, the mortadella fritto, both were perfect)
