Drive thru lady on 11 Nov 2017 at 2:30 was incredible unprofessional. Couldn't understand her, disrespectful. Really earning that 2.7 rating.
Update: dark meat was burnt to a chris p, tenders were uncooked, potatoes were sitting so long there was a hole in Styrofoam, napkins were crumpled and thrown in bag, refused to give more than 3 sauces.

An employee was cleaning the tables with his yellow basket while I was eating. The water seemed dirty but he did not change the water nor the mob. He even did not wear glooves. I looked at the kitchen inside and there were some food fragments on the floor. The ice for the coke came out all melted like sherbet icecream. The taste of food was not so bad, but not good.

This KFC is just awful from a service perspective. The last time I went, I vowed it would be my last time there unless I saw it was under new management. The lobby was closed (no visible renovation) and the speaker for the drive through wasn't working. So the only way to order was the window where you get food. We waited no less than 25 minutes and by then I didn't have the patience to give them my money. I left and told my kids "sorry, you'll get grocery store fried chicken from now on."

I love the food at KFC but the staff is always spotty. Most of the people I deal with care about their job and it shows, however their is always one who sets a bad vibe. Now I do not hold KFC personally responsible for it's one misguided employee, but this is a review of the specific location so I will provide an accurate assessment of the quality of service I received. I ordered a famous bowl minus chicken because I'm a vegetarian and I received a famous bowl with chicken. I Informed the staff at the counter and she was dumbfounded that I ordered a famous bowl without chicken. Keep in mind chicken is added to the bowl it's not included during production so it's easy to just not add chicken. Well...on the second attempt I again received a famous bowl with chicken at this point I Informed the counter staff again and the level of bad attitude I received was as if I just keyed the person's car. It made me feel ashamed to be a vegetarian. On the third attempt my order was correct, however it appeared I had received a half full bowl of mashed potatoes and corn with very little cheese. Granted all KFC locations are NOT the same, but I will not be visiting this specific location again for some time.

I've had bad experiences with KFC lately. This was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and the food came out quickly. And our order was correct the first time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good hot meal!

Very poor customer service. As I was placing my order the person taking my order was very rude and no customer service skills at all. I decided to not buy anything from this place. I went to the drive thru window and asked to talk to the Manger, the lady taking my order was the Manager. She was unpleasant to my request and closed the drive thru window, she left me talking. All I was telling her " I do not need my order any more, you as a Manager need people skills and customer service skills". If someone "The Owner" or "GM" cares about customer service. Do something with the type of service you are currently offering. Also your store it is very dirty. The place needs to be more clean.

When you pull up to a facility and the door says the lobby is open until 9pm the lobby should be open until NINE PM not 8:45. rude staff. Less than impressed. Some people plan ahead to go inside and order because they have hearing issues and the drive thru would be a challenge option. I mentioned that we would be taking to go and just ordering inside and questions why the door said 9 and it was only quarter to and we received and eye roll as she shut the door. the staff was VERY rude.

Have not been to KFC in years. The chicken and biscuits were great. However, ordering and then actually receiving what we ordered was a bit problem. We ended up with coleslaw only for one meal instead of both. Received mashed potatoes and gravy (which I specifically said we did not want) and did not get our Mac & cheese. There was going to be an 8 minute wait for the extra crispy. Very, very poor service.
