Arby's

I have never done a salad from Arby's I was just getting over a cold and a salad sounded good, it's late and not a lot of places to choose from so here I am trying a salad from Arby's.. yuck 🤮 I'm sure it was probably this location maybe, but the lettuce was brown and wilted the chicken it looks like they took a piece of chicken for a sandwich and just chopped it into a few pieces and put it in there. The chicken had a good taste but the rest of the salad was just horrible by some old lettuce. And all it had covering it was like a piece of plastic wrap.. needless to say I will not try a salad from Arby's again.

I got their new steak burger just to try it. Personally, I wasn't crazy about it. It was good, don't get me wrong. It just seemed as good as a fast food burger can be. If I ever want a burger like this one again, I would probably go somewhere else. In my mind, you go to Arby's for what has made them so good. If I want a burger, there is Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonalds. However, NO ONE does a roast beef sandwich like Arby's. I will definately be back to this Arby's. However, I will be getting the roast beef sandwich.

Curly fries were NOT fresh 😕 If this a location that remodeled... whoever thought concessions RIGHT BEHIND ORDERING COUNTER was a good idea... NO. Such a poorly designed, set up!!! Needs at least 5 feet back! Yeesh. People trying to order with people back to back trying to get their soft drinks 🥴😏😑🙄🙄🙄

Went through the drive thru tonight. Got the order wrong no biggie. Go it get the 2 items missing. Manager greets my husband at the door and went to assist. My husband came out with a bag thinking it'll be right. Nope the roast beef was wrong once again. Not worth trying to explain it again after another 10 minute wait.
