Experience was mediocre at best, almost drove away missing half of my order luckily I checked and had to explain that there was another meal in my order, stop trying to complicate things wait until all the food is ready and hand it to the customer at the same time. The staff under-communicates as well, something along the lines of “hey here is the this meal but hang on your other meal will be right out”.

6/10/22-Dining room is closed due to staffing shortage. Drive thru is open. We got a #3 meal, which is 3 pc fried chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit, large drink for only $8.99. It was a great value and the food was hot and tasted good. Went back on 6/14/22 and got a 2 PC meal and a bucket of chicken with some sides. Everything was great and the service is incredibly fast. The staff is super polite. GREAT JOB!

Sick and tired of paying more to get less... everywhere I go now. This is the breast that was in my meal today. I went up to the window and I asked is this the size of your breast, and she said, yeah sorry, they were smaller this time.

I had gastro issues today within the first hour. The mac n cheese bowl was undertemperature. This was probably why. Tasted good but bad side effect.

The Colonel lied!!! Advertise freshly cooked chicken for the sandwich. Ice cold. Tough from sitting. Really bad. So I went back and I had planned to ask for them to fry fresh. They were closed. On a Tuesday.

The employees were rude. They messed my order up three times. Chicken was cold. It’s not hard to make a chicken sandwich without mayo & a Dr Pepper. This place needs better employees.

Placed a doordash order its currently been a hour and a half, been assigned 3 different dashers because they took too long to get my order ready and didn't even order that much.
