Great! Recently reopened under new ownership and much better.
Nice to get a decent amount of filling in a sandwich and good coffee for breakfast.

I'd passed this place loads of times assuming it was just a greasy spoon caff. When I finally went in it wasn't what I was expecting at all. Really nice vibe inside, friendly staff and tasty affordable panini. I'd go back.
