Bird & Blend Tea

I have just come across Bird and Blend tea and they are phenomenal. I have tried about 6 of their teas and they have all been excellent. The staff in the store are so friendly and knowledgeable and it’s great to know I’m spending money in an ethical business thanks to their Bcorp status. 100% recommend.

Lovely place and the staff seem genuinely happy and excited to help you find a tea. I was seeking a gift and left with twice as much tea as I intended because the friendly face behind the counter was so helpful at finding tea that I liked. I'm not in the UK often but will definitely be visiting again next time I am. Only suggestion would be for more focus on loose leaf tea, I nearly left when I thought it was all bagged!

It’s great to see a shop selling loose leaf tea. You really can’t go wrong with a cup of tea and to have such a fine selection of blends and flavours makes shopping for this a whole new experience. I went for some “sticky chai” in the end after trying some instore. I just brewed some at home in accordance with the instructions and it was yummy! Definitely worth a visit for any tea aficionados or anyone who fancies a change from their usual cuppa!

Absolutely love the teas here, made thoughtfully and with imaginative natural flavour combinations. The people working here always have such warm, personable energy. All highly knowledgeable and kind, and they’re fun without being too much. They make the entire experience really special. Favourite tea shop in Bristol by far mostly because of the lovely staff ✨💕🌈🍵 (Edit: the tea is also delicious of course, which keeps me going back. Highly recommend the matchas, and fruit infusions for summer iced teas, or smokier blends during winter).

Lovely staff in the Bristol shop - so welcoming, friendly, kind, and went out of their way for me. Incredible range of delicious teas and special teaware and accessories. Couldn't have been happier with my visit, and it was the highlight of my stay in Bristol. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I'm an absolute tea fiend, so this was a must visit in Bristol. I'm very jealous of everyone who can come here on a regular basis. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful in helping you find the ideal tea. I challenge you to go in and not come out with some kind of tea. The drinks made there are also very nice (I had Strawberry Lemonade Ice Tea). The atmosphere and design topped the whole place off. Highly recommended.
