very impressed by the food, really creative receipts and tasty. Even the truffe butter with bread is so good. Love the fish and pannacotta. Absolutely will go try the special 5 courses.

One of the best meals I have ever had. We went for the select menu and it was all a surprise which was amazing. I'm vegan and my partner isn't, there is rarely a place we can both enjoy a meal to this level together and both enjoy it so much. The chef can do any allergy or diet choice so recommend everyone to go for a special occasion

I had an exceptional dining experience at Box E. The food was truly outstanding, complemented perfectly by a superb selection of wines. The service was top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. What truly impressed me was the skill of the chef, who single-handedly created a culinary masterpiece. Highly recommended!

We had an impressive dinner. We opted for the chef's tasting menu, as we wanted some surprises. They served us some incredible dishes where each course wasn't isolated, the flavors had a delightful connection. We really enjoyed it and can't wait for the Fall season menu.

Having waited a long time to try box E, my partner treated me to the Tasting Menu and Wine Pairings as a birthday surprise. The meal was exceptional with well presented and flavourful dishes. The wine pairings were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. An all round fantastic experience!

The place is a bit difficult to find by Google Maps, but I eventually found it by going around the back and up the stairs of the very last shipping container.
The servers were very friendly and welcoming and provided me with a great drink recommendation. I did the tasting menu (7 courses), which was an astounding value at only £50. The standout dish was the smoked trout and my least favorite dish was the cheese/cracker plate (as you can see from the images, presentation was a bit sloppy).
The environment was cozy and quaint, though the majority of seating was outside (more suitable for warmer weather).
Overall, I had a fine experience at BOX-E and I’d recommend it to anyone in Bristol looking for a unique and affordable tasting menu experience.

Came here since it was recommended by Michelin and it did not disappoint. Flavors and taste blended so well together on every dish. I absolutely fell in love with the rice pudding dessert at the end!

We really enjoyed the experience. 7 course unwritten taster menu with accompanying wine flight. Very reasonably priced, at no point did we feel rushed. The front of house team were really lovely. Gave us a little explanation of what we were being served and then again with the wine. Everything was really tasty. Left feeling full and happy. Would highly recommend a visit.
