Do not be distracted by the name of the restaurant. This is no emporium of claggy carbohydrates. The dishes are absolutely delicious. Although portions are ample, three volume is assembled with care and healthy eating in mind. I think the photos day it all. I went for brunch but would love to visit again some day

100% Gluten free heaven, very tasty and filling. Vegetarian, vegan and dairy free options. Helpful and friendly staff with finding food on the meny to eat suitable if you have several allergies. The tofu scramble was very tasty, would recommend 📸🎉 Stunningly beautiful mocha.

After walking by this place everyday on the way to work finally popped in on the weekend for brunch and enjoyed a lovely meal. Upon walking in there were loads of baked goods on display and I was sold on the Tomato Muffin immediately. It was delicious and different and loved it. For mains my hubby had the corn beef hash and I had huevos rancheros. Both were good and the portions were generous however I felt mine could have used some more salt and a more flavorful salsa. There were also more black beans than one would expect. The oolong tea was always fab and the flat whites went down quick so I have to imagine they were good as well. Nothing to keep us from returning and it's always nice to have a cozy place to pop into that values fresh ingredients and pleasant environment.

One of my own customers recommended this place, as both G/F. Having an extreme allergy to gluten it really does get challenging when eating out. With a full G/F menu I had no risk of contamination! Staff were incredible 🥰

The place we decided to visit was packed, so we stumbled across this cafe/restaurant, which turned out to be quite nice. The ambience was nice with spacious seating. The service was excellent. We had a rice bowl and gnocchi which are pretty decent. Money wise, it's moderately expensive, around £13 for each dish, but it's worth treating yourself and your friend something good once in a while :9 Apparently, there's a bakery as well, I will definitely come back and try it!

I really like this place I forgot to take pictures of our lunch I got the grilled cheese and my friend got the Hock of ham omelette. They were both very good (I stole some of his) Very filling. The cakes pictured below is the Salted Caramel nut slice (pictured away from me) and the Coconut chocolate slice. I love the Coconut chocolate slice it's a very "healthy" feeling piece of cake, there's freeze dried strawberry and coconut in it which I really like. The Cakes and food are totally a little different from what you'd normally expect but super yummy and the staff is very personable.

Best sourdough toast I've ever had! Cool atmosphere and trendy staff. Delicious food and great for vegens/coeliac's etc etc as you would expect in Brighton. Definitely book and don't miss the coffee slushy (with Rum) ... Prices worth it as the food is great. Staff friendly and service is great.

Tried this place for the first and the fact I could order anything on the menu was a heaven sent. I had the Huevos Rancheros which were good but not had authentic taste being Latin American for me the dish overall was a bit flat in flavour. We also had the chocolate and avocado muffin and was really good it had lots of coffee too. Then I had the latte with their but milk and was also good. Overall we really liked the place, the food, atmosphere and waiters were nice. Definetly we'll be back even if it's just for a coffee and muffin.
