The Owner is LOVELY! ESTER can never do enough for you! When she helps you find just the right products, she makes you feel like she is helping her best friend! The staff is also very helpful&friendly! Can't wait to return! A Must see in Brigantine! We drove over the bridge to visit, well worth the effort and time!

Everyone knows when they get bad customer service, right? But do they take the time to identify great customer service? Casale al Mare is the place to go! The selection of items they have were unbelievable. I felt like I stepped into Italy for a moment. I saw items in there that were direct from Italy. However, my review is a shout out on 2 employees who assisted me today. They were Brooke and Esther. I called to make sure they would be able to create a basket. I didn’t want just some ordinary cookie or flowers. This was a group effort of a bunch of families. I needed to make sure the recipient got the “Wow” factor. I wanted something to stand out. Brooke listened. Brooke acknowledged my wants and needs. Her personality was welcoming. She walked me through different types of services they offer. She knew I had a budget and was flexible. She help me select items that I wouldn’t have even thought of. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She superseded my expectations on this visit. I will be returning soon! It definitely worth the visit.
