Pizza Hut

Horrible every time!! This has happened more than once. It takes 2-3 hours for my order. First time it never came at all and I had to go pick it up after 3 hours. Second time I placed the order at 5:20 it’s said 25-35 min delivery and finally at 7:40 my order is delivered by DOORDASH and it’s of course burnt, cold, hard and old because it was ordered hours ago! Daiquan Is very nice and has great customer service but this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were correct and one was incorrect. My pan large sausage and pepperoni with extra cheese was ONLY cheese when I received it. Called store multiple times. Finally got an answer and they said they would get the manager. The manager never came to the phone so I hung up. I just wanted my order corrected the pizzas that were correct were hot, fresh and delicious.

Ordered from here and was given a time for expected delivery only for the Pizza Hut to seemingly cancel my order, due to mismanagement, which led to my order being cancelled without so much as a courtesy call to inform me of such a change, even though they went ahead and charged my card already. If a business is going to take a delivery order, they should ensure they can deliver said order before taking it in the first place.

This was a joke. I ordered online for delivery, it said it would be delivered in about 35 min. I live less than 1 mile away from location. It took 2 and a half hours to deliver. After an hour and a half I got an update text that said it was out for delivery, 40 minutes after receiving the update I get another one telling me that Doordash will be delivering the food and they are barely going to pizza hut to pick it up. Throughout this ordeal, I tried calling the location about a dozen times and nobody picked up the phone. By the time I got the food it was all cold and the mozzarella sticks I ordered were inside a wingstop container.

I placed an on line order for a pizza and 5 minutes later I recieved a call stating no creamy garlic parmesan sauce was available for the pizza. I was told by the gentleman that the location will be closing down soon so they are not getting deliveries. I appreciate the phone call but it was an inconvience. My money was reimbursed back to my bank.

Horrible service. Second time I order for delivery within last 6 months and have a problem with me getting my order deivered. They use a call center that sounds like out if country. They are using door dash and not trlling you that they are. They are charging you for their service and adding tip without your consent. Doir dadh is notorious for delivering cold food late or cancelling yur order which has happened twice. Today I had a delivery that was cancelled an hour later by door dash. Tried calling pizza hut and no answer on several attempts. Not even the calling center could get an answer. I drove to the restaurant and asked to speak to manager Trevor to find out why my order was cancelled and he had no clue what happened. Was not helpful to correct the problem and attempted to give me the food that was there bu this time 90 mins. I asked for hot food not cold foid. Was still charged for delivery fees and dorr dash tip. When I asked to get my difference of charges he told me he couldn't refund the delivery charges. Either I took the food or geta full refund without any food. Instead gave me a $10 store credit. So I had to choose his options and take a credit for future use on a restaurant I don't want to do business with anymore. On top of that they made my pizza wrong and not fully cooked. I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint and he told me he didn't know the number. There is a lot of red flags on how he handled this . Nypu can't deceive people with charges they don't consent to.

The worst place ever . I order pizza and it is came cold . I call them , they hang up on me , so I call again and they were making fun of me. I went to the place they totally ignored me . I spend almost 40 $ and the menager wanted to give me 15 $ credit haha . Shame on this place . I'm surprised that this place is still opened . I'm wondering where they going to find a job after this place shut down . This is the future of our country? No thank you!
