I love Dunkin’ but the worker was rude and unfriendly. I ordered a drink (which took a long time to make)and it didn’t even fill the cup entirely so cancelled my order completely and took my business to the Dunkin'’ down the street and I was able to get my order in under 5 minutes.

The service is just awful. I waited in line for 5 minutes behind only two customers, and decided to leave without buying anything when the worker failed to acknowledge me and started doing something else after helping the customer ahead of me. I just wanted to buy a soda to break a bill for change to ride the bus, but I missed my bus. I would be more understanding if the people ahead of me had complicated orders, but it all they ordered between the two of them was a donut, a bottled drink, and an iced coffee. That should not take anyone over 5 minutes to do.

They are sometimes rude and never give you your receipt, they mostly have hindi women working there no extra men. One of the women went to answer her cell phone during the time I asked for my receipt. I stop buying food and drinks there they charge you extra for warming your corn muffin and butter too! And the birds and gnats be flying around the food over there too be careful of your food and pray before eating it because they either need to be shut down or they need to be moved from that location.

Please avoid this place at all cost! I've had the pleasure of interacting with some of the employees at this Dunkin Donuts. Majority of the staff here are disgruntled and just plain rude. They walk off the register when you place your order and then proceed to mess said order up. Never again!
