There’s no reason why someone would want to work at mcdonald’s knowing they have to take orders all day. Ordered about 4 things from the menu and some kid working the drive thru made a snarky remark saying “finally you’re done ordering.” Pulled up to get the food and the kid is just smiling and looking from the outside walking inside. Luckily the manager was polite when we called. This place needs better staff we’ve had no issues here until more recently. This is such an embarrassment for them.

Service is never great at McDonald’s but you get what you pay for. I’d be weary of the fountain sodas here. I found a dead fly floating at the top of mine once. Never saw them change the machine. Just got me a new one from the fountain behind the counter. This McDonald’s could do better.

Always fast and friendly service. I've never had any issues with orders and the food tastes fresh. I am deducting 1 star because the place always looks closed. Need more exterior lighting to say "Hey. We're open". Not reflected on the staff.

Ordered a Big Mac without onions but there were no burger pattys on the cheeseburger. All lettuce, pickles, buns, cheese, and sauce accounted for but no meat? How does something like this even happen? The incompetentce is astounding. I was still hungry and when the restaurant was notified they weren't very apologetic at all. So then I was hungry and angry!

They didnt hear the order, when i ask to repet the order they just told me to pull to window and when i refused to take the extra milkshake the guy started giving attitude and there were no napking in the bags and the fries were stale. Not recomending any one to go after 9pm

Food was very fresh and although there was a long line it went very quickly. There was some kind of emergency there with an ambulance and 3 police cars. But the to-go line never slowed down! All I know is that the new chicken sandwiches are sooo tasty and the buns are delicious. The new bags they have to hold drinks are fantastic. I have been happy the last few times I went to McDonald's and it is and has always been my favorite fast food place ever.

Drive through is always ridiculously long of a wait, even when only a few car. Only to fund out your missing food and what you did receive is already getting cold. The staff that work there are always talking, fooling around, messing up orders. This McDonald's needs an undercover boss experience! Owner shouls be ashamed.
