Dunkin'

My go-to Dunkin on the way to work! On weekday mornings it's usually the same two women and they're both super nice. I recommend ordering ahead on the Dunkin app since it's just the two of them sometimes a line forms in the store but if i order ahead, my coffee is always waiting on the counter for me when I walk in.

On this overcast and dreary day my nerves were causing me a lot of pain. I stopped off at Dunkin to get a quick pick me up before heading out to a inspection. This Dunkin’ offers pick up or curbside so I opted for curbside because of my handicap. After placing my order and waiting for almost 10 minutes, I reluctantly went inside and found my coffee getting cold on the counter. The staff also can use a class or two on customer service. On another note, the owner of the plaza is doing a nice job sprucing up the exterior.

The woman who works the register is very rude on numerous occasions. If she can’t be polite to customers she shouldn’t be working for this type of job. I understand there is always just two women working and sometimes they are overwhelmed, but I am patient and polite. She is not. She made a mistake with my order and was very nasty saying thats not what you said. I took it and will never return to this location again. The Dunkin on Herbertsville are always kind even if they are overwhelmed

I don’t think I ever encountered a more rude and unprofessional staff as I have here at this location. At first I thought it was a language barrier or cultural barrier....it’s not. They are just rude and nasty for no reason. I used to go here every day....sometimes twice a day. I can’t take them anymore. Do they realize we can go else where for coffee? Wawa is right across the street!
