Chuck E. Cheese

I went here with my friend back in November and we had a great time playing the games. What stinks about this place is that the service here wasn't the greatest (staff is friendly but unenthusiastic), the animatronic wasn't working for whatever reason, and nobody was near Kid Check when we were leaving which is highly irresponsible. We still had a great time nonetheless, but the service could be a bit better. I rate it a 7.5/10.

Nice staff, clean place, pizza was good, salad bar was good, the portion of french fries was ridiculously small. Chuck E Cheese never came out to greet and dance with the kids in the two hour we were there. The sign says at 30 of each hour. Few games not working and the pictures machine was out of paper.

I had my birthday party here and I gotta say, it was so much fun! The staff was very nice and understanding and the party host, I think his name is Adam, did a good job hosting our party. Pizza and wings were good and they gave us dippin dots too. Two games were broken but we still had a good time. 10/10 experience would definitely reccomend.

This was my first time at this Chucky Cheese location. My husband and I planned a fun day with our 2 kids. My 4 year daughter was so excited to go to chucky cheese for the first time. She had seen the commercials on tv for Chucky Cheese and was really looking forward to dancing with Chucky. The food was pretty good and the kids had fun with the games but after being there for a few hours we still had yet to see Chucky come out. We asked the staff several times only to be told he’ll be out soon. At one point one of the girls told me like 5, 10 mins and a half hour later both nothing. Finally after asking several times and a long wait Chucky came out no singing nothing but a wave. I was very disappointed with the staff especially when they lied twice that Chucky would be out. I noticed some of the staff sitting and just folding pizza boxes instead of getting involved with the kids. Especially since Chucky is supposed to come out every half hour. I would not go back to this location and was very disappointed.

Hate to complain but unfortunately the majority of games weren't working properly so yeah on a wknd to take your family out and encounter these issues was a turnoff waste of time and $ cause once your there it's not like your child wants to hear oh sorry but all the games are broken and we're leaving. Lol good luck w that car ride home sounds like fun.

Very rude manager named Christina.Very dishonest place many not working games. Manager named Christina lied to us and said that the games worked and my kids got tickets which didn't happen. I checked myself and the games were not working just stealing the credits. The manager Christina Refused to do anything not even give us back the credits or a refund. The staff kept on saying the manager is coming and kept us waiting for a half an hour.Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
