Ruby Tuesdays

Love it. We really enjoy their bbq ribs, Mac n cheese and pub pretzels here! Always friendly service and enjoy the atmosphere. I love the salad bar, their chicken meals and that if there is ever an issue they make it right! I had an issue last week with staff and the manager went above and beyond to make it right and up to me. I am grateful!

Joke. waitress was awesome. Think her name was Lacie. Drinks were good, only had to wait 20 minutes for each one. Cooks were told my wife has celiac disease, they waited till after they cooked her meal to check if it was GF, it wasn’t. WE WERE STILL CHARGED FOR IT. Then she ordered the t-bone, half back ribs, which were both microwaved. The “sauce” on top looked like motor oil. Cost me $114 dollars and my autistic dog could have given me a better dinner. At least the waitress was nice.

Chicken tenders were disgusting, and cooked in old oil. Spinach and artichoke dip was subpar and served with unseasoned stale chips. Bar tender didn't know how to make basic drinks; I tried two separate drinks which both went undrunk. My friend got one drink, I got two, and it cost us about $70 in alcohol. Not impressed, will not be back. To boot the waitress had a bad attitude when they were not even busy.

We were quoted a 10 minute wait time for a skillet cookie to go. We got there and waited for another 20 minutes and it still wasn’t ready and no one was helpful, they just ignore you. We left before we even got our cookie. That’s annoying enough to leave this review. Also, the reason we only get the cookie here is because the actual lunch/dinner food is never good.

Went to Ruby Tuesday in Brewer last night and we just should have taken the broken front door handle that was hanging off the frame and the empty parking lot as a clue and turned around and left. Our server was pleasant, but the kitchen was an epic failure. I ordered the rib eye RARE with broccoli double steamed as I do not like crunchy broccoli. My boyfriend also ordered his broccoli well done. The broccoli was very crunchy and they sent us a replacement which was no better. My steak was barely pink in the middle and dry. We won't be back.

Super quick service and friendly staff. I really liked our server! He had great suggestions for us. We split both meals and they were served to us on seperate plates, already split! Definitely a nice task to have done already. We enjoyed the tater tot nachos, but we're happy we could get zucchini and brocollli for the burger sides! Nice to have a low carb veg where you can.

A disaster!We can never seem to get a decent meal in Brewer.We ordered.Hubby stressed plain salmon.I stressed medium steak ,pink inside .Ordered double zuchinni.And the wait began.Tried to make eye contact with waitress but ignored us.Hubby said they want you to order salad bar to fill in time.Finally totally different waitress comes out says we have new cook on would you accept salmon with the sauce.Hubby said no!I picked up my plate passed it to her said we ordered to eat together.Waitress said you can have salad bar on house.Good as been there an hour!Finally food came out.One end of his salmon was over cooked.The zuchinni was disgusting and should never have left kitchen.I tried sawing thru my steak but could not.Pushed plate to edge of table said done.Yet another totally different waitress stops and says you do not look happy.She asked where our waitress was .I said she is hiding or left ,who knows.I said you have exactly 5 minutes to get her or I am walking out.Finally she comes says she did her job.Nope you did not.Told her I refuse to pay for my meal as inedible.She then said she said no charge.Great as what we ordered never came.One of the very few times I refused to tip.Highly reccommend driving somewhere else.Was so upset filled out a report to corporate.Locsl manager called,failed to say who she was ,had to adk.Dhe said she was in kitchen cooking!I then said and you sent out food like that?Offered me a gift certificate.Nope,nope,nope.Never setting foot in there again.
