Subway

I ordered a bmt toasted and turkey bacon. The lady toasted the bread then added the meat. When she was about to put my in the toaster for a second time to cook the bacon I said no your going to really burn my bacon, then she was going to put raw bacon on my sandwich. I told her plz cook in microwave. Both my husband & my sandwich's are burnt and aweful

I have never seen a person who works in customer facing environment move so slowly. But that's cool, at least the owners don't seem to care. Our lovely sandwich artists had sagging pants and was bumping his rap tunes for all to enjoy. It took him (I clocked him) 6 minutes to make 1 foot long sandwich. I'm not trying to get him in trouble, it's not his fault. It's the owners of this particular franchises fault. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you have a solid hour cut out for this. Will be my last visit to this particular subway. It's even more bothersome that the owners had only one person working on a Saturday... Maybe they should go see a presentation on running a franchise, because obviously they are just trying to be cheap and scrape by with the bare minimum. This is all just my opinion though. Your experience may differ.

There is one gentlemen who works at this subway that goes above and beyond with customer service, unfortunately if he is gone I do not go in. Risked it today, the man making my sandwich ignored my request for. 6” sub and instead made a footlong and proceeded to sneeze twice into my sandwich, rubbed his hands over his nose before looking to what seemed like the manager and then at me to see if either of us noticed. He bagged my sandwich and went ahead with his work. Will not be coming back, beyond disgusting.
