Always excellent…we love the food, service is fast and friendly, prices very fair! We’ve been going here probably 30 years and have always loved it. When my now-grown children visit from out of town they always want to go there.

Very nice family restaurant 👌The owners are around every customer, knowing the regulars by their names. We had a birthday party here, and everything and everyone was exceptional! I am looking forward to our next occasion!

The food is real and the cooks too. Well executed sushi and tempura. The only point is the wine list. Any way you in Brea, you should eat in Ichiban.

A large menu with a lot of variety. You can sit at the sushi bar or get a table. Our favorite is the 3 item combo dinner for around $15. You pick 3 entrees and it also comes with salad and rice and miso soup. Their tempura is always a good choice.
The owner usually walks around to make sure his guests are satisfied.

The quality of the food is on point. The volcano roll was to die for! Chicken udon was also very good. The staff is super friendly. They truly made us feel right at home. This was our second visit, def not waiting 4 years for our 3rd!
