Subway

First time ordering from this location and tried using doordash. It was a long wait so decided to order through doordash itself and go pick up myself since they offered a discount. Ordered it and when I went to pick up they hadn't made sandwich and informed me they were out of bread. Only had 1 wheat loaf and a few flat breads . Wouldn't have ordered from this location if I had known. Wasn't going to have any bread until after 5:00pm. Kinda disappointed. I chose the Flatbread option.

I honestly wouldn't even leave a 1 star for this today. I had put a order in via the app. I ordered 3 sandwiches 1 on flatbread with more sweet onion sause. Okay I get I said extra but honestly they soaked it so bad it was honestly going through the paper it was rapped in :( I ordered a kids sandwich with ham and american cheese and only pickles. Will they put everything on everything but the kitchen sink :( and that was for my 4 year old granddaughter. And order a runa and jalapeno sandwich only and again added everything on it but the kitchen sink and for the last one it was a ham and turkey foot long and well it didnt have the turkey and tons on stuff on it that wasnt ordered . I have never had so much trouble with subway ever tell today 7/3/2020 and well I dont think I well go bk for a while.

My mom fell in the subway in Walmart in the shopping center across from bee creek rd.. she isnt a sue happy person so she didnt persue it however the employees treated her terribly and didnt even clean up the water after.. when I went back to speak to the manager they still hadn't cleaned it up and there was no manager and the employee lied to me about offering an incident report. My mom just had knee surgery and fell on her knee and twisted her ankle.. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service she recieved and the rudeness of the employee.. this is not how you treat people..

Only giving 5 stars because the guy working is busting his *** and is doing a great job. Come on subway 1 guy working the whole store on a Saturday? I'm sure u make enough money to hire another employee.. A holes I bet ur office is nice and comfortable. I'd love to see you go work from 3 to close all alone on a Saturday in Branson... POS owner.
