The lady working is not friendly! When we placed our order, she seemed very irritated, yep she was. Customer behind us ordered 4subs, the employee said rudely "are you kidding me" the customer said do you want me to leave, employee said no, it's been a long day, what do you want. She made the subs but how dare her to act that way to customers! This subway on 165 by Baldknobbers will not see me again. Get employees that value the customers.

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway! The lady was cranky and didn't want to do her job! She barely put anything on my sandwich and through it all in a big glob in the middle then didn't even fold it! I should of refused to pay for the sandwich and have filled out a complaint with subway.

I got the 6 inch steak and cheese on Italian bread with American cheese, lettuce, onions and honey mustard. It was very good.

They won't honor the meals of the day anymore if you want the meal of the day it will cost you 3 dollars more per sandwich and they don't tell you tell your at the register

Did not enforce the city mask ordinance with other customers in the store and were not wearing them correctly themselves. One employee was doing prep work in the back while multiple customers waited in line, leaving one employee to handle the customers for a while. One customer even left due to the wait. Employees were also working on online orders during this rush, and they repeatedly left the order receipts on top of the sandwiches while preparing them. Sanitizing supplies were kept on customer tables, and employees were talking amoungst themselves negatively about working there.
