Unfortunately this has to be the worst Greggs I have ever been too. We waited 18 minutes to get served and there were only about 6 or 7 people infront of us and no big orders it just took the staff ages. I have given 2 stars though as the staff were friendly and the food was exactly as you expect.

Friendliest staff around. Small shop with all your favourite Gregg's treats. Really well managed considering how busy it gets at peak times. They work really hard.
